About Us

NATS Detasseling, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Dawn Buell through the encouragement of her husband.  Her desire was to create a detasseling company that both parents and seed corn companies could trust.  A positive work environment, accurate bookkeeping, and exceptional field work have given us a solid reputation here in southeast Nebraska. 

 

After attending Bible college in Minnesota for a year, Dawn graduated from UNL in 1990 with a degree in Secondary Education.  She and her family are actively involved at Lincoln Berean Church and in the homeschool community in Lincoln.
